These terms govern your use of SpinPick (spinpick.fun), operated by Romeck LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

Description of the service

SpinPick provides free, browser-based spinner wheels — a random name/option picker and a yes-or-no wheel — for making random selections. The service requires no account or signup, and everything you type into a wheel stays in your own browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SpinPick only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping it at a rate that degrades service for others
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the site
• Use automated tools to abuse ad impressions or clicks

No accounts, no guarantees of availability

SpinPick doesn't require registration and stores nothing on our servers about your entries or lists. Because of this, we can't recover data for you if you clear your browser's site data — everything you save lives only in your own browser. We also don't guarantee the site will be available at all times; it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Intellectual property

The SpinPick name, logo, and site design are the property of Romeck LLC. You're welcome to use SpinPick for personal, educational, or business decision-making — but you may not copy, redistribute, or create a competing service from the site's code or design without permission.

Third-party services

SpinPick uses Google AdSense to display ads and Google Analytics to measure traffic. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside our control. See the Privacy Policy for details on the cookies they use.

Disclaimer of warranties

SpinPick is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the wheel's output will be free of errors, or that the site will be uninterrupted or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romeck LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, SpinPick — including decisions made based on a wheel spin. Because SpinPick is a free tool with no signup, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us to use it, which for virtually all users is zero.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update SpinPick's features or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

Since there are no accounts, "termination" mainly means we may block or restrict access for anyone who abuses the service (for example, by attempting to disrupt it or abuse advertising). We may also discontinue the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Romeck LLC's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable local consumer-protection law.
